We would like to express our special gratitude to Ekaterina Ovezova's manager - our communication lasted 3 months, she selected the best options for us, her suggestions were always aimed at our comfortable stay! Elena Feoktistova, our manager, also did a lot of important work with our group. Thanks to her, the New Year's banquet of our group was wonderful, the decoration was magnificent, and the work of the waiters deserves special praise! Our group is retired, the oldest is 95 years old, so you understand how difficult it was to please us. We really hope that the hotel administration will appreciate their work. We came as a group to the commander's office. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is polite and friendly. The restaurant has delicious food and good service. Upon departure, they issued all the necessary accounting documents, but some of them were not accepted by the organization and demanded copies certified with a blue (wet) seal, I called the hotel and explained everything, and Ksenia did her best, and the next day the necessary documents were made and sent to the specified address. Many thanks to all the staff for the warm welcome and responsible approach to their work.

I called the booking department and Elena miraculously, after listening to all my wishes, recommended me a room that fully met my needs, and spent 3 days very comfortably and sincerely. I can't help but mention the SPA (sauna + pool) miraculously relieved fatigue from the road and restored strength, it was large, comfortable, and exceeded all my expectations.
