The hotel, in principle, is not bad for the money. A normal number. Without air conditioning, really. The usual bathroom with toilet. Everything is quite simple. Good bed linen. Breakfast, in principle, is varied. We took a night off with my wife to take a break from a long trip to a double room on the 15th floor for 3060r with breakfast. I want to say a huge thank you to the staff for their honesty and responsiveness. My wife left a gold and diamond chain on the bedside table. They only remembered closer to Moscow. They did not return. They called the reception and voila!! The chain was found and handed over to the management. Many thanks to the staff, and especially to Tatiana Berezkina, the head of the booking department, for their responsiveness. I've been in touch all the time. I ordered a courier service and the courier picked up the chain the next day from Vladimir, and it was delivered to St. Petersburg a day later. Everything is clear!! I am surprised and glad. Thanks again to the hotel staff and management for their care!!! I recommend

Thank you to AMAKS Zolotoe Koltso for hosting our prom. Everything went just fine. The program is very well thought out, the children had fun all evening. Time flew by very quickly. The children were satisfied. The cuisine was wonderful, there was enough of everything, the menu was varied. The waiters worked all evening. I would especially like to thank our banquet manager Feoktistova Elena. She was always in touch with us, solved all issues and supervised the conduct of our evening. Everything was organized down to the smallest detail. A photographer worked with the children, dance and cover bands performed, and at the end of the evening there was a wonderful fire show. In general, everything went at the highest level. Thank you so much for your work.

I am leaving a review about the accommodation of our center's staff from the city of Rostov-on-Don, who were sent to take advanced training courses. I liked everything very much.. Great hotel, great staff, good-natured and helpful. Special thanks to the administrator Ksenia Volkova for her professionalism, kind and attentive attitude. On 26.06.2021, we celebrated the graduation of the 11th grade at Amaks Zolotoe Koltso. Many thanks to the administration for organizing this amazing holiday. Special and special thanks to Elena, who led us from the very beginning, was always in touch and was ready to answer any question, and personally supervised the celebration all evening. The room was gorgeous. The tables and chairs are snow-white. The program is incendiary. From 8 p.m. to 2.00 p.m., the time flew by unnoticed. It was a lot of fun. The parents, and most importantly, our graduate children, enjoyed everything very much. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail. A photo zone with a red carpet, a photographer, a limo, a show program with dancing and numerous contests and (host Ivan Medvedev well done), delicious food, cake, fire show. We are very glad that we were given the opportunity to showcase our music video, which we shot as a gift for children. My impressions of the evening were the most pleasant. We didn't regret at all that we walked in the common room, there were 7 more schools with us. Everything went just fine. The holiday was really a success. I will recommend this complex to my friends. Elena, once again, thank you and everyone who participated in the organization of our graduation.

We would like to highlight certain advantages in the operation of the hotel. A buffet breakfast is included in the standard group rates.. It is possible to coordinate individual elements of the breakfast assortment (or order additional dishes), depending on the national/religious characteristics of the group or the medical contraindications of individual guests from the group. The hotel is customer-oriented: the tariffs are negotiated individually, depending on the volumes provided and the actual sales.. Another advantage is the efficiency of the sales department managers, who are ready to answer all questions that arise and give the most detailed answer. Organization of group meals at discounted prices and table setting by a certain time. If the group has certain specifics and specific preferences, it is possible to coordinate a special menu (upon prior request), depending on their needs and characteristics (age, national, gastronomic, professional, etc..).

I'll leave a review about the ninth grade graduation. The children and parents enjoyed it very much, everyone is delighted. The organization, the program, the cuisine, everything went to us. Special thanks to the administrator Elena Feoktistova, who led us from the idea of the graduation to its completion. She suggested everything, pointed out all the pitfalls that need to be considered. All our issues were quickly resolved, even with the addition of two more people an hour before the banquet, there were no problems. Thank you so much for our wonderful holiday!!!

Graduation for the 9th grade was celebrated on June 21. The evening passed in one breath. It was interesting and fun not only for graduates, but also for parents. A march on the red carpet, a ride in a limousine, a very cool presenter Roman Medvedev, groovy, humorous, contests were held, there were dance numbers, the Jumbo group showed their 2 departments in a whole concert, at the end of the evening there was an enchanting fire show, lots of photos, the children made new acquaintances. Everything went well. For those who are thinking about where to hold the graduation next year, I highly recommend the AMAKS Zolotoe Koltso. Special thanks to our manager Elena. She is very pleasant in communication, friendly, always in touch, at any time of the day, solves all issues very quickly. The party was a 100% success. Both children, parents, and teachers are satisfied. Thank you very much.
