On behalf of the group of children and their parents, I would like to express my deep gratitude to Anna Ilyina. Many managers work at the hotel. Several times, trying to book rooms (and we needed a lot of them!), I called with hope: that's it, we'll make a reservation now and we'll live in peace. And every time something stopped me, until I got to Anna. The pleasant, friendly voice immediately endeared him to himself. And that's when I realized: you can go to the ends of the earth with this man! And I was not mistaken! Anna was very attentive, responsible, and, most importantly, understanding about the placement of our group. She offered all the rooms on the same floor, and sent me a list of accommodations in advance, constantly repeating: "Don't worry! Everything will be fine!" And indeed: arriving at the hotel late in the evening, we were checked in within 5-7 minutes! It was so nice to meet Anna in person this morning. And the first question we heard was, "How are you? How did you rest?" Thank you so much, Anna, for your sensitivity, attention, understanding, responsiveness, kindness and professionalism! Our group is very lucky that you were our manager! I want to say a huge thank you for the professional staff of the GOLDEN RING hotel, namely, a huge thank you to the administrator KSENIA VOLKOVA (friendly, competent, attentive, responsive). We asked for help in accommodating a large (well, very large) number of employees of the All-Russian training camps in May 2023. On April 19, 2023, ZENON held its next free seminar "Mobile Stands and other Visual Marketing tools" at the AMAKS Zolotoe Koltso Hotel, the event was held on the first floor in the White Hall conference hall.
