I would also like to mention the professionalism and sensitivity of the marketing and sales department manager, Ilina Anna, who showed great attention to us and promptly resolved all issues related to the placement of our creative group during the tour. Thanks to her responsiveness, kindness and competent approach, our artists of the "K.I. Massalitinov Voronezh State Academic Russian Folk Choir" were able to feel at home, which certainly contributed to the successful holding of the concert. We came to the competition with the team. We were surprised by the adequate price. A good breakfast. Despite the renovation of the entrance area, all services in the department are working. If we have to come back, we will stay here!

We stayed at this hotel on February 7-8, 2026. as part of a large group (about 100 people). I would like to mention the excellent work of the staff — the staff did an excellent job with such an influx of guests, everything was organized and prompt. Overall, I really liked the hotel. The location was good, and the room had a pleasant view of the street. Everything is clean inside: the plumbing is working properly, the towels are snow-white, the bed linen and beds are in perfect order. Everything you need is provided for recreation: there is a cafe, billiards and bowling. Personally, I had dinner in the city this time, but the guys from our group who stayed at the hotel were satisfied with the food, although the service was not fast, perhaps due to the large company at the table. I stopped by to see the entertainment area — there are several billiard tables and bowling alleys, so you can have a great evening. There is also a paid bar in the room with quite reasonable prices. I was very satisfied, I recommend this place to relax!
