The two-day seminar of the Vladimir branch of the "Russian Red Cross", which was held in one of the conference halls of the GRK AMAKS "Zolotoe Koltso", has ended.
This national society provides a range of services, including assistance in emergency situations, as well as the implementation of medical and social programs. The event was attended by facilitators with different programs, where during the discussions they identified strengths and weaknesses.
