Today, AMAKS Zolotoe Koltso was not just a hotel, but a real educational platform! It was with great pleasure that we hosted the students of Vladimir College within the framework of the Proftour program, which is organized by the Human Resources Center "Work of Russia".
The guys were able to see from the inside how the modern hotel works:
- We visited the reception and accommodation service "behind the scenes"
- We learned about quality standards and the intricacies of working with guests
- We met with the staff who create a welcoming atmosphere
We are sure that such meetings are an important step in professional development. Perhaps, for some of today's guests, this will be the beginning of a career in the hospitality industry!
