
This week, a two-day training event was held at the AMAKS Zolotok Koltso Hotel for the heads of the service of the chain's restaurant and entertainment centers. Various aspects of restaurant management were discussed at the event, including the organization of staff work, financial management, marketing and promotion of the restaurant, as well as other important topics. As part of the training, lectures and practical exercises were held that helped participants improve their skills and knowledge in the field of restaurant management.
