When is the payment for the booking made?
There are 2 ways to pay for a reservation:
- 1) Payment on the website. All accommodation is paid at once
- 2) Payment upon check-in. It is possible to pay for all accommodation at once, or to pay daily.
What payment methods are available at the hotel?
You can always pay in cash or with a bank card of any payment system, including PayPal.
What do I need to bring with me to check into the hotel?
Adults
- • Passport (citizens of the Russian Federation)

- • Birth certificate (up to 14 years old) or a passport (from the age of 14)
General questions
Is there parking at the hotel?
There is paid parking on site, which costs 15 rubles per hour for cars and 500 rubles/day for trucks (over 3.5 tons) and buses.
How to get to the hotel by public transport?
From the railway and bus station by trolleybus No. 10 (from the stop "Vokzalnaya Ploshchad" to the stop "ul. Krasnoarmeyskaya").
What are the possibilities of Internet access?
The AMAKS FREE Wi-Fi network is available throughout the territory and in each room (prior authorization is required)
Are there rooms with a kitchen?
No, none of the rooms are equipped with a kitchen.
Are there kettles in the rooms?
Tea stations are available in individual Business rooms and also in all Suites. In addition, purifiers with hot and cold water are located on each floor of the hotel, which guests can use free of charge at any time of the day.
Are there hair dryers in the rooms?
There are hair dryers in all room categories.
Is there a safe in the room?
The Studio and Suite rooms are equipped with safes.
Do you provide cots for children?
Yes, upon request, we provide cots with a set of bed linen in the rooms. This is a free service. When booking, please indicate the need to install a cot.
Is it possible to stay in a hotel with pets?
Yes, if the animal is small (does not exceed 40 cm at the withers and does not weigh more than 10 kg). The cost of placing a pet is 1,500 rubles per day. We would like to draw your attention to the need to comply with the following rules:
- • The animal must have a certificate from a veterinarian with a note about vaccinations.
- • You must bring a special cage, toilet, feeding utensils, muzzle and leash (for dogs).
- • Pets are allowed in designated areas (outside the hotel).
- • Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and other public areas.
- • Do not leave pets unattended, wash rooms in showers, use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the hotel, as well as comb the animals in the rooms.
The hotel administration reserves the right to require a guest staying with a pet to leave the hotel in case of aggressive, inappropriate, noisy behavior of the pet.
Are there shops and pharmacies in the hotel?
No, there are no shops or pharmacy outlets, but there is a kiosk with essential goods and cosmetic products.
What should I do with my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
The AMAKS Golden Ring Hotel has a special luggage storage room. If you have free time before check-in or after check-out, you can stroll around the city without worrying about the safety of your belongings.
